5. Fee Structure and Expectations

PRICING AND PAYMENT:

• Hourly rates: $100-200 per hour depending on case complexity
• Consultation fees may apply
• Expenses (travel, equipment, etc.) billed separately
• Payment terms established in individual contracts
• No guarantee of specific time investment for results

REFUND POLICY:

• Professional time invested is non-refundable
• Unused retainer amounts may be refundable
• Equipment/expense costs are non-refundable
• Refund requests subject to contract terms

• Member of Private Investigators Association of Utah
• Bonded and insured for client protection
• Continuing education in legal and ethical standards

• We disclose any potential conflicts before engagement
